    For 12" Subs or Flatbreads always double the formula for the 6" Subs or Flatbreads. This applies to everything - Sandwich formulas, cheese, vegetables, etc . . .
  22. How many triangles of cheese do you use?
    2 Triangles for everything, except for 12" subs or flatbreads (4 triangles) or any formula that calls for extra cheese.
  23. If a customer asks for extra bacon, how much bacon do you add on?
    2 extra strips of bacon for anything except 12" subs or flatbreads (4 extra strips)
  24. What are the codes for Extra Cheese?
    Yellow or Red
  25. What are the codes for extra bacon or double meat?
    Blue or Green
  26. Rule of Thumb: Less Ham, Unless you ride the Subway in Turkey!
    On almost every mixed-meat sandwich there is less Ham than the other meats, usually 1 less slice.

    The exceptions are the Subway Melt and Turkey Ham sandwiches, which have equal proportions ham to everything else.
  27. Rule of Thumb: Italian Sandwiches
    • Everything with "Italian" in the name has Pepperoni and Salami as it's main meats.
    • Italian BMT's include Ham. (but remember Less Ham rule!)
