Essential Power Selector: Operating Generator FE
ENGINE FAILURE AND SHUTDOWN

Essential Power Selector: OPERATING GEN FE
ELECTRICAL SMOKE/FUMES OR FIRE
- Oxygen Masks and Regulators (if req'd): ON ALL
- Smoke Goggles (if req'd): ON ALL
- Crew Communications: Establish ALL
- If smoke/fumes source can be located,(this is never the case) Electrical/ Power (affected equip): REMOVE FE
- If smoke/fumes source cannot be located, (this is always the case)
- Tank 2 Boost Pump Switches: LEFT FORWARD AND RIGHT AFT ON FE
- Fuel Crossfeed Selectors: OPEN FE
- Generator Breaker Switches: TRIP FE
LOSS OF ALL GENERATORS
- Essential Power Selector: STANDBY FE
- Battery: CHECK ON FE
- Field Switches: CLOSE FE
- If Field Off light(s) remain illuminate:
- Battery Switch: OFF, IMMEDIATELY ON FE
- Field Switches:CLOSE
- If all Field Off Lights remain illuminated, land at the nearest suitable airport.
- Essential Power Selector: OPERATING GENERATOR FE
ONE OR TWO GENERATORS INOPERATIVE

Essential Power Selector: OPERATING GENERATOR FE
CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING OR RAPID DEPRESSURIZATION
- Oxygen Masks and Regulators: ON 100% ALL
- Crew Communications: ESTABLISH ALL
- Engine Bleed Air Switches: CHECK TWO OPEN FE
- Pack Switches: CHECK TWO ON FE
