- -Decreasing Myocardial O2 demand
Morphine Indications
- Moderate to severe pain
- Severe CHF
- PE
- C/P
Morphine Contraindications
- Head Injury
- Decrease Resp Drive
- COPD excacterbation
- Hypotension
- Undiagnoised abdominal pain
- MAOIs within 14 days
Morphine Adverse Reactions
- Decreased Resp
- Hypotension
- Brady
- Facial Flushing
- Nausea
- Euphoria
Morphine Dosage

Adult: 0.1mg/kg max single 10mg

Peds: Same
