    (OB) studies the influence that individuals, groups and organizational structure have on behavior within organizations.

    OB concepts must reflect situational or contingency conditions. x leads to y but only under conditions specified in the contigency variables.
  10. workforce diversity
    organizations are becoming a more heterogeneous mix of people interms of gender, race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
  11. positive oragnizational scholarship
    concerns how organizations develop human strengths, foster vitality and resilience, and unlock potential.
