    Basic convictions that a specific mode of conduct or end-state of existence is personally or socially preferable to an opposite or converse mode of conduct or end-state of existence

    A national culture attribute that sees little differentiation between male and female roles; women are treated as equals of men in all respects
  9. Uncertainty Avoidance
    A national culture attribute that describes the extent to which a society feels threatened by uncertain and ambiguos situations and tries to avoid them.
  10. Long-term orientation
    A national culture attribute that emphasizes the future, thrift and persistence
  11. Short term orientation
    A national culture attribute that emphasizes the past and present, respect for tradition and fulfillment of social obligations.
  12. Attitude
    positive or negative feelings about objects, people and events
  13. Job Satisfaction
    An individual's general attribute towards his or her job
  14. Organizational Citizhenship Behavior (OCB)
    Discretionary behavior that is not park of an employee's formal job requirement, but that nevertheless promotes the effective functioning of the organization.
  15. Exit
    Dissatisfaction expressed by actively attempting to leave the organization
  16. Voice
    Dissatisfaction expressed by actively can constructively attempting to improve conditions.
  17. Loyalty
    Dissatisfaction expressed by passively waiting for conditions to improve
  18. Neglect
    Dissatisfaction expressed by passively aloowing conditions to worsen.
  19. Organizational commitment
    A state in which an employee identifies with a particular organization and its goals, and wishes to maintain membership in the organization
  20. Affective commitment
    An individual's emotional attachment to, identification with, and involvement with the organization.
  21. Normative Commitment
    The obligation an individual feels to staying with the organization
  22. Continuace Commitment
    An individual's calculation to stay with the organization based on the perceived costs of leaving the organization.
  23. Employee engagement
    An individual's involvement with, satisfaction with and enthusiasm for the work he or she does
