sixth cranial nerve; motor nerve that supplies retractor and lateral rectus muscle of eye
eighth cranial nerve having two sensory division: cochlear, which supplies cochlea of ear (hearing), and vestibular, which supplies vestibule and semicircular canals of ear (equilibrium); also called auditory nerve
seventh cranial nerve; sensory and motor nerve, which originates in pons, supplies facial muscles, some taste buds and salivary glands.
ninth cranial nerve; originates in medulla oblongata and supplies tongue, pharynx and parotid salivary glands
twelfth cranial nerve; motor nerve that originates in medulla oblongata and innervates muscles of tongue
third cranial nerve, both sensory and motor, which supplies most of eye muscles, pupillary sphincter, and ciliary processes

second cranial nerve; sensory nerve supplying reina of eye for sight
eleventh cranial nerve; motor nerve to muscles of shoulder and neck
fifth cranial nerve, both sensory and motor; supplies muscles of mastication, eye and face
fourth cranial nerve; motor nerve that suppies dorsal oblique muscle of eye
tenth cranial nerve; both sensory and motor; supplies visceral structures in thorax, abdomen, pharynx and larynx
