  1. Cosmopolitan
    • 1. Martini/Cocktail Glass
    • 2. 1.5 oz Citrus Vodka
    • 3. 1/2 oz Triple Sec
    • 4. Splash of Sour Mix
    • 5. Splash of Cranberry Juice
    • (Pour 4 & 5 simultaneously until ice floats)
    • 6. Squeeze and drop in 2 Lime Wedges (or muddle in Mixing Glass prior)

    • 6. Sweet Vermouth garnish = Cherry
    • 7. Dry Vermouth garnish = Lemon Twist
    • 8. If there's any Dry Vermouth, Lemon Twist Garnish over Cherry

    • 1. Martini/Cocktail Glass
    • 2. Add 1.5 oz Gin over ice in Mixing Glass
    • 3. Stir
    • 4. Add 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth to chilled Cocktail Glass
    • 5. Swirl and dump
    • 6. Strain (Julep) Gin into coated Cocktail Glass
    • 7. Garnish w/Olive or Lemon Twist, customer choice

    • 2. Add 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth over ice in Mixing Glass
    • 3. Strain (Julep) Dry Vermouth into chilled Cocktail Glass
    • 4. Swirl and dump
    • 5. Add 1.5 oz Gin to coated ice in Mixing Glass
    • 6. Stir/Strain (Juelp)
    • 7. Garnish w/Olive or Lemon Twist, customer choice

    • 2. Pour 1/2 - 1 oz olive juice directly into chilled Cocktail glass before Gin
    • 3. 1.5 oz Gin
    • 4. Garnish w/extra Olives, i.e. 5

    *Same as basic Martini but olive juice instead of Dry Vermouth and extra Olives
