    • Cutaneous: pustule, fever, tender lymphadenitis
  5. Diagnosis
    • Gram stain
    • Acid fastness
    • Large numbers in lesions make for easy diagnosis
  6. Treatment
    • Sulfonamides
    • Resistant to penicillin
