Sensory: Hearing and equilibrium

: innervation to almost all organs

: taste to posterior tongue and hunger

Motor: neck and head movement and Swallowing
What does the hypoglossal nerve control?
Motor: Tongue movements

: gagging, swallowing, salvation

: taste in posterior 1/3 of tongue
