    • 1. In an ice shaker combine all ingredients.
    • 2. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass with cherry.

    • 4. Garnish with 2 raspberries on a rosemary sprig on side of glass.

    • 1. Combine all ingredients into ice filled shaker, starting with basil leaves.
    • 2. Shake well, serve in martini glass tableside
    • 3. Garnish with basil leaf

    • Bacardi Silver Rum-1.5oz
    • Simple syrup-1oz
    • Lime juice-1oz
    • Blueberry-15 each
    • Soda water-1.5oz
    • Gingerale-1.5oz
    • Fresh Mint leaves-10 each

    • 1. Muddle blueberries and mint leaves with simple syrup in shaker glass
    • 2. Fill with ice
    • 3. Add rum & lime juice. Shake vigorously
    • 4. Pour into pilsner glass and add soda water and ginger ale. Garnish

    • Hendricks-2oz
    • Canton-.5oz
    • Lime juice-.5oz
    • Simple syrup-.25oz
    • Cucumber-5 each
    • Orange wedge-2 each
    • Ginger ale-splash

    • 1. Muddle cucumber slices with simlple syrup in mixing glass.
    • 2. Add all other ingredients
    • 3. Shake and strain into glass with ice.
    • 4. Top with ginger ale.
    • 5. Squeeze orange wedges and discard, garnish.

    • Bulleit Bourbon-2oz
    • Monin Peach Puree-.75oz
    • Fresh lemon juice-.5oz
    • Iced Tea-1oz
    • Fresh Mint-5 each

    • 1. Combine all ingredients in ice filled shaker.
    • 2. Shake well
    • 3. Pour into ice filled bev glass
    • 4. Garnish with mint sprig

    • 1. Add all ingredients to a tin with ice

    • 3. Garnish

    • 1. Combine all ingredients except champagne into ice filled shaker
    • 2. Shake well and strain into a champagne glass, add champagne
    • 3. Garnish with a lemon twist and fresh raspberry

    • 2. Shake well and strain into white sugar rimmed martini glass
    • 3. Garnish with luxardo cherry and orange slice

    • Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice-.75oz

    • Soda water-4oz

    • 1. Add all ingredients into beverage glass w/ice
    • 2. Stir, add more ice to top off
    • 3. Garnish with edible flower

    • Angostura bitters-2 dashes
    • Orange skin-1 each

    • 1. Add all ingredients to shaker glass. Add ice. Stir well
    • 2. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass
    • 3. Garnish with orange skin.

    • 2. Shake well and pour into ice filled beverage glass
    • 3. Garnish with 2 luxardo cherries on a pick

    • 1. combine first 4 ingredients in ice filled shaker
    • 2. Shake well
    • 3. Strain into bev glass with ice
    • 4. Top with ginger ale and soda water. Garnish
