    • Dorzolamide (TRUSOPT)
    • Brinzolamide (AZOPT)
  2. MoA
    • Inhibit CA (isoenzyme II) in ciliary body epithelium. This reduces the
    • formation of bicarbonate ions, fluid transport and IOP.
  3. SEs
    • Fewer than systemic agents, burning or stinging of the eye, conjunctivitis,
    • eyelid edema. Fewer complaints with brinzolamide, shake bottle before
    • use.
