Signs and symptoms
Pain, difficulty breathing, irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea, vomiting and anxiety
Increased or decreased pulse, respiratory rate/cardiac rhythm changes, pale skin, cyanosis, abnormal lung sounds, altered mental status, coughing and flared nostrils.
Prolonged seizure, two or more consecutive seizures without regaining full consciousness
Dizziness, weakness, lightheadedness, warming
Altered level of consciousness, abnormal behavior, cool, pale, clammy skin, acetone scent on breath, seizures, combativeness and intoxicated appearance.
Early stages of shock
ALOC, pale., cool, clammy skin, nausea and changes in vital signs
Late stages of shock
Cell damage and irreversible loss of organ function.
Rapid shallow breathing, full and rapid pulse, generalized weakness, little or no perforation, no muscle cramps
Muscular cramps, weakness, rapid shallow breathing, heavy perspiration and ALOC

Congestive heart failure

Swelling of extremities, elevated blood pressure and seizure during pregnancy.
Elevated blood pressure, swelling of extremities during pregnancy.
Acute abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, rapid and weak polls, hypotension.
Profuse bleeding from the vagina, may or may not experience it associated abdominal pain, shock, rapid heart rate may indicate significant blood loss.
ALOC, rapid onset, abnormal behavior, very sweaty skin.
Talking rapidly, feeling unusually high or extremely irritable, hyperactive.
Sweating, nausea, irritability, restlessness, trembling, excessive ongoing worry and tension.
Delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech: behavior.
