"And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake on to you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the Psalms, concerning me."
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any towedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of the soul and spirit, and of the joints and maarrow, and is a discerner of thoughts and the intents of the heart.
2 Timothy 3:15-17
15 and that from a child thou hast known the holy scrptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may perfect, thoroughtly furnished unto all good works."
For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and compfort of the scrriptures might have hope.
Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thywords was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O Lord God of Hosts.
6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnance of earth, purified seven times. 7 Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shal preserve them from this generation forever.

105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.
8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the words of our God shall stand forever.
2 Peter 1:20-21
20 Knowing this first, that no propehcy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
