  1. Adenosine(adenocard) Side effects
    • SOB/ Dsypnea; may cause bronchospasm in asthma patients (BHO)
    • Chest pressure/palpataions; may be acute in some patients for a brief period
    • Mild hypotension (decreased peripherial vascular resistance)
    • Dizzy / light headedness / headache
    • Transcient arrthymias (bradycardia, AV blocks, Ventricular ectopy) These are generally not treated and are quikly self-limiting

    • Tachycardia / palpitations

    • Hypotension

    • Pulmonary injusry: pulomonary infiltrates, bronchospasms, SOB cough, Hemoptysis, hypoxia
