    None when used in an emergency
  6. Precautions/side effects
    Tachycardia, hypertension, palpitations, headache, dizziness, nausea, anxiety, dry mouth, blurred vision, pupillary dilation, urinary retention (older men)
  7. Adult dose
    • Bradycardia 0.5mg every 3-5 min
    • Organophosphate poisoning 2-5 mg
  8. Pedi dose
    • Bradycardia 0.02mg/kg
    • Organophosphate poisoning 0.05mg/kg
  9. Max dose
    • Adult 3mg
    • Pedi 1mg
  10. Route of Administration
    IV/IO
  11. How supplied
    1mg/10ml Brista-jet
  12. Onset of action
    • Onset- immediate
    • Peak- 2-4min
    • Duration- 4hrs
    • Half-life- 2-3hrs
