    • Two operational Nav Facilities w/ Straight in apps (2 diff. Rwys)
    • - Add (to higher of the 2) 200ft to DH/MDA and 1/2sm Lnd vis mins

    • 9. location and operation of fire Extinguishers

    • Rest hrs Flight hrs
    • 10hrs 10 or less
    • 11hrs 10.1 to 10.5
    • 12hrs 10.6 to 11
    • 16hrs >11

  11. When is Take off Alternate Required?
    Unable to return to land due to WX

    T/O alternate has to be w/ 1/2 hr normal cruise (1hr FAA)

  12. What are Std IFR T/O mins?
    When can you use less than Std?
    • Std Part 91 Zero Vis
    • Part 135 1sm or RVR 5000 or Non Std T/O mins or When T/O mins =or< Std T/O mins use lowest straight in Cat1 I Lnd mins.

    • Lower Than Standard Takeoff Minima
    • (PIC needs 100hrs PIC in Make & Model and T/O Alt)

    • ¼sm or RVR 1600 TDZ(MID) or RVV ¼sm
    • w/ at least 1 (HIRL, CL, RCLM) or adequate visual ref to cont. ID the T/O surface & maintain directional control.

    • RVR 1000 TDZ, Mid, & Rollout (2 operative RVR)
    • and one of (CL or HIRL & RCLM)

    RVR 600 (TDZ, MID, Rollout, Far end) 2 of 3 or 3 of 4 and need both HIRL & CL
  13. Holding Speeds
    • 6,000 and below 200kts
    • 14,000 and below 230kts

    • Timing 14, and below 1min >14, 1.5min

  14. Night ops into Mountainous Terrain
