  1. Biceps Brachii -
    • O: Long Head- superior gleniod fossa
    • Short Head - Corocoid Process
    • I: Radial Tuberosity
  2. Triceps Brachii -
    • O: Long head - just below glenoid fossa
    • Medial Head - lower 2/3 humerus
    • Lateral Head - upper 1/2 humerus
    • I: Olecranaon Process
  3. Brachialis -
    • O: Lower 1/2 humerus (medially)
    • I: Coronoid Process
  4. Brachioradialis -
    • O: Lower 1/3 humerus (Laterally)
    • I: Radial Styloid
  5. Pronator Teres -
    • O: Medial epicondyle and coronoid process
    • I: Middle of lateral surface of radius
  6. Supinator -
    • O: Lateral epicondlye, annular lig, RCL
    • I: Lateral upper 1/3 of radius
  7. Anconeus (stability)
    • O: Posterior aspect of lateral epicondyle
    • I: Olecranon and posterior ulna
  8. Flexor Digitorum Profunus -
    • O: Volar side of Ulna
    • I: 4 Tendons to the DIP of 2-5
  9. Flexor Digitorum Superficialis -
    • O: Common Flexor - Medial Epicondyle
    • I: 4 Tendons split to sides of middle phalanges
  10. Flexor Carpi Ulnaris -
    • O: Common flexor - medial epicondyle
    • I: Pisiform, hamate, base of 5th metacarpal
  11. Flexor Carpi Radialis -
    • O: Common Flexor - medial epicondyle
    • I: Base of 2nd and 3rd metacarpals
  12. Extensor Digitorum -
    • O: Common extensor - lateral epicondyle
    • I: 4 Tedons to proximal phalanges and distal phalanges
  13. Extensor Carpi Ulnaris -
    • O: Common Extensor - Lateral epicondyle
    • I: Dorsal surface of base of 5th metacarpal
  14. Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus -
    • O: Lateral supracondylar ridge of humerus
    • I: Dorsal surface of base of 2nd metacarpal
  15. Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis -
    • O: Common extensor - lateral epicondyle
    • I: Dorsal surface of base of 3rd metacarpal
  16. Flexor Pollicis Brevis -
    • O: Flexor retinaculum and trapezium
    • I: Palmar surface - base of proximal phalanx of thumb

  18. Abductor Pollicis Brevis -

    • Absent in 1/4 of population
    • O: Common flexor - medial epicondyle
    • I: Flexor Retinaculum and palmar
    • Aponeurosis (Palmar fascia)
