What is angina pectoris?
acute chest pain when mycardial demand exceeds its oxygen supply

pulsation created as left ventricle rotates against chest wall during systole, normally at 5th left iCS in midclavicular line

3rd R and L ICS
traditional auscultatory area in 3rd L ICS
occurs with closure of the AV vaves signaling beginning of systole
