  1. What is the mission of the Navy?
    The mission of the United States Navy is to protect and defend the right of the United States and our allies to move freely on the oceans and to protect our country against her enemies.
  2. What is the first general order?
    To take charge of this post and all government property in view.
  3. What is the second general order?
    To walk my post in a military manner, keeping always on the alert and observing everything that takes place within sight or hearing.
  4. What is the third general order? 
    To report all violations of orders I am instructed to enforce.
  5. What is the forth general order?
    To repear all calls from posts more distant from the Guardhouse than my own.
  6. What is the fifth general order?
    To quit my post only when properly relieved.
  7. What is the sixth general order?

  12. What is the eleventh general order?
    To be especially watchful at night, and during the time for challenging, to challenge all persons on or near my post, and to allow no one to pass without proper authority.

  14. Recite the RTC Maxim
    I will not lie, cheat, or steal nor tolerate those among us who do.
  15. Explain your responsibilities to your recruiter.
    1. Treat them with the same courtesy and respect they provide you.

    2. Be honest and forthcoming when providing information for your enlistment application.

    3. Notify your recruiter of any changes in your status to include education, health, police involvement, drug use, or dependency.
