  1. Ovarian: Stage 1A
    1a: Growth limited to ovaries, no ascites containing malignant cells, no tumor on external surface, capsule intact
  2. Ovarian: Stage 1B
    1b: Growth limited to both ovaries, no ascites containing malignant cells, no tumor on external surface, capsule intact
  3. Ovarian: Stage 1C

  11. Cervical: Stage IA1
    • IA1: <3mm invasion, <7mm
    • - <1% Nodes

    Tx: Cone Biopsy, Simple Hysterectomy (97% 5 yr)
  12. Cervical: Stage IA2
    • IA2: 3-5mm invasion but <7mm horizontal spread
    • - 3-8% Nodes

    Tx: SNL (if -ve Radical Hyst/Trachelectomy) (95% 5 yr)
  13. Cervical: Stage IB1
    IB1: >5mm invasion, <4cm spread

    Tx: SNL (if -ve Radical Hyst/Trachelectomy) (90% 5 yr)
  14. Cervical: Stage IB2
    IB2: > 4cm spread, confined to Cx

    Tx: Radiation/Cisplatin (75% 5 yr)
  15. Cervical: Stage IIA
    IIA: beyond Cx, no parametrial involvement

    Tx: Chemoradiation (70% 5 yr)
  16. Cervical: Stage IIB
    IIB: Parametrial invasion

    Tx: Chemoradiation (65% 5 yr)
  17. Cervical: Stage IIIA
    IIIA: lower 1/3 of vagina, no extension to pelvic sidewall

    Tx: Chemoradiation (40% 5 yr)
  18. Cervical: Stage IIIB
    IIIB: Extends to pelvic sidewall +/or causes hydronephrosis

    Tx: Chemoradiation (40% 5 yr)
  19. Cervical: Stage IVA
    IVA: bladder, rectum +/or beyond true pelvis

    Tx: Chemoradiation (20% 5 yr)
  20. Cervical: Stage IVB
    IVB: distant mets

    Tx: Chemoradiation (10% 5 yr)
