    Bradycardia, hypersensitivity reactions, bone marrow suppression, alopecia, neuropathies. Bone marrow suppression severe with Taxol.
  8. Hormonal agents

    Hypercalcemia, jaundice, increased appetite, masculinization, feminization, sodium, and fluid retention, nausea, vomiting, hot flashes, vaginal estrogen dryness, DVTS. megace used as appetite stimulant.

    Elspar
    • Anorexia, nausea, vomiting, bone marrow suppression, hepatotoxicity, anaphylaxis, hypotension, altered glucose metabolism.
    • Hypersensitivity reaction with Elspar
