    Mature, responsible woman or quality in one’s life of being critical, high standards.The criticisms are discerning and helpful. 

    One is too critical and fussy. She is a blamer with a capital "B".
  14. King of Swords -- Master of environment as Ego-will, force, purifying troubles

    Strategist, disciplinarian

    Mature, responsible man or quality in one’s life of a strategist: high standards, discipline, expects others to go along, not connected emotionally.

    A ruthless strategist who will do whatever it takes to get what he wants
