    fast acting but must be prepared daily. It is corrosive.

    mostly used for a liquid sterilate, very toxic, smells terrible, 10 to 90 minute contact time.
  32. Ortho-Phthala-dehyde-
    can stain, very little odor, 30 min contact time.
  33. Critical-
    penetrates soft tissure or bone. Greater risk of transmitting, forceps, scalpels, chisels, scalers, burs.
  34. Semi- critical-
    heat-tolerant. may be damaged by heat.
  35. Chemical Liquid steriliants-
    used for plastic instruments. contact time is 10 hours.
