    Cholineterase Inhibitors - Does not increase the amount of acetycholine but prolong it presence  for early and middle stage  
    Donepezil (aricept)

    Galantadine (Razadyne)

    Rivastigmine (exelon)

    SE: N/V, diarrhea, dizziness, headache
  5. AD meds for  moderate to late stage

    Memantine(Nameda)

    Adeverse affects : SOB, Hallucinations

  6. Othere pharm suport for AD
    Combination meds with Mematine used with aricept
