16. Reducing Fractions
• Two Rules:
• 1.  You can divide top & bottome by any number as long as you use the same number for both.

2.  You need to get both numbers as small as possible

• 100 ÷ 100 = 1
• 200 ÷ 100 = 2

•  8 ÷ 8 = 1
• 24 ÷8 = 3
•  4 ÷ 2 = 2
• 10 ÷ 2 = 5

simply turn the fraction up side down
