    STEP#1-Divide lbs by 2.2
    EXAMPLE: 22lb/2.2= 10kg
    STEP#2-Determine TDD by multiplying kg * amount ordered
    EXAMPLE: 10kg*40mg= 400mg (TDD)
    STEP#3-Determine ID divide TDD by how often to be given
    EXAMPLE: 400/2=200mg (ID)
    STEP#4- Available over Ordered
    EXAMPLE: 400=5
                         200=X
    STEP#5- cross muilitply
    EXAMPLE:200*5=1000 400X=1000 X=1000/400=2.5 ml
