    When a speaker produces an incomprehensible message.

    Accepting responsibility for a failure event then trying to redefine the event as not being a failure.

    A reproach that reflects mild irritation with a failure event.
  14. Aggravating reproach
    A severe, intense declaration of the occurrance of a failure event.
  15. Assertive messages
    Messages in which we argue for our rights while recognizing the rights of others.
  16. Denial
    Stating that a failure event never took place.
  17. Leakages
    Sutble behavioral cues that leads you to believe someone is being deceptive.
  18. Aggressive messages
    Verbal attacks of the face of another person to make them feel less favorable about themselves.
  19. Conflicts
    The interaction of interdependent people over real or falsely perceived incompatible goals and/or interference from each other in achieving goals.
  20. Account
    A stated response to a reproach by the person accused of a failure event.
