    • Pt can become resistant over time

    • Treat gouty arthritis
    • Can induce peptic ulcer
  27. Dipyridamole
    Phosphodiesterase inhibitor, increase cAMP and prevents adenosine reuptake into RBC
  28. Ticlopidine
    • Inhibits ADP binding
    • used for pt intolerant to ASA
    • Can cause blood dyscrasias
