Head injury
CVA
Delerium tremens
Drug interactions for Dextrose?
Incompatible with other drugs. Flush line well after use.
Side effects for Dextrose?
Worsens ICP in head injuries or CVA
Extravsation may cause tissue necrosis
Scleroses small veins
