    •        IF UP - ice mixing cup chill stemmed glass
    •        IF ON THE ROCKS - ice rocks glass, make in glass

    • Note: the drier the martini the LESS the dry vermouth

    1/8 oz splash dry vermouth
  11. extra dry
    drop of dry vermouth

    add 1/2 olive juice

    • stemmed glass, chilled or on the rocks w/ ice
    • 10 ct -- 2 1/2 oz of their flavor of choice vodka
    • 1 oz / 2 ct  of juice to match flavor
    • garnish to match flavor

    • 1/2 oz / 2 ct tuaca
    • 2 1/2 oz vodka / 10 ct vodka
    • squeeze of lemon

    • shake and strain
    • garnish squeeze of lime or lemon twist

    • stemmed glass, chilled
    • mixer cup 1/4 ice
    • 2 oz / 8 ct vodka (vanilla)
    • 1/2 oz /2 ct each dark and light godiva
    • 1/2 oz / 2ct frangelico
    • shake and strain
    • optional chocolate sprinklers / hersheys kiss
