  2. MONTHLY --> daily mortality rate (qx)
    q(x daily) = 1-[1-(qx monthly)]^1/28
  3. WEEKLY --> daily mortality rate (qx)
    q(x daily) = 1-[1-(qx weekly)]^1/7
  4. DAILY to yearly mortality rate (qx)
    • q(x yearly) = 1-[1-(qx daily)]^365
    • for converting daily to monthly, 365 becomes 28
    • for converting daily to weekly, 365 becomes 7
  5. Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic equation
