No, must have concetnrations of A, B, C, and D. If G is positive (nonspontaneous), but [reactants] >> [products], the reaction will be favorable.

What is the difference between thermodynamics and reaction rates?
Thermodynamics tell you whether the rxn can proceed w/o additional energy input, but tells you nothing about the speed!
