RED BLOOD CELLS
no nucleus so they are packed with haemoglobin.
haemoglobin combines easily with oxygen.

Smoking and high blood pressure also damage the arteries making it easier for the fats to build up
to prevent heart attack:
*cut down on fatty foods
*eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day
*get regular exercise
*cut down on salt
