  1. Maintain Fore Aft Balance over feet:
    @ Ankles, knees, hips, spine - extend & flex - maintain balance over feet - skis.

    @ Shin / boot cuff pressure - all times.

    @ Independent - leg extension & flexion.
  2. Direct balance toward outside ski while turning:
    @ Inside half of body - leads outside half - in turn.

    @ Independent leg action - transfers balance - ski to ski.

    @ Outside ski bends - in progressive arc.
  3. Direct movements of upper body toward desired direction of travel:
    @ Vision, focus - in direction of travel.

    @ Hands forward - body facing - turn direction.

    @ Inside hand, shoulder, hip - lead thru turn.

  5. Guide skis thru turns:
    @ Legs - turning more than upper body.

    @ Turning / tipping skis originate in feet, legs - continuous turn to turn.

    @ Upper body stable - continuously moving - intended direction of travel.
