When should throttle be IDLE?
 1) Abrupt pulls to full aft stick
 2) Abrupt full lateral stick inputs at full aft stick
 3) A/S less than 85 KIAS above 15000' MSL
 4) A/S 80 150 above 35000' MSL

Starting Limits
 1) Start prohibited with throttle above ground IDLE
 2) Min N2 RPM for engine start is 15%
 3) Light off must occur within 15 seconds after moving throttle to IDLE
 4) Min voltage for each batt 24 V
 5) No more than 3 successive starts. 30 min cool down after third.

GTS Limits
 1) GTS start with external power is prohibited
 2) Min interval 3 min, 30 after third
 3) GTS starts not reliable above 15000'
