    INDICATIONS
    • Narrow-complex tachycardias only, including:
    • Stable narrow-complex tachycardias if rhythm remains uncontrolled or unconverted by Adenosine or vagal maneuvers; or if SVT is recurrent.
    • To control ventricular rate in A-Fib or A-Flutter.

    • Pt on IV beta blockers
    • Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome

    • Monitor BP
    • Keep refrigerated or lasts only 1 month

    • Asystole

    ADULT DOSE
    • 0.25 mg/kg IV bolus over 2 minutes.
    • 0.35 mg/kg IV bolus over 2 minutes after 15 minutes if needed.
    • Maintenance infusion: 5 - 15 mg/hr for rate control.
