Adult Dose
6 mg rapid IV or IO bolus over 1 - 2 seconds followed immediately by a rapid saline flush.
2nd dose after 1 - 2 minutes if needed:
12 mg rapid IV or IO bolus over 1 - 2 seconds followed immediately by a rapid saline flush.
***should be delivered to closest available vein to the heart***

: 0.05 - 0.1 mg/kg (max of 0.3 mg/kg/dose) up to 12 mg.

: same as adult dose.
