    Contraindications
    • Hypersensitivity to the drug
    • Hemostatic disorder
    • Active pathological bleeding (peptic ulcer, or intracranial bleeding)

    Pts taking NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory)

    Adult Dose
    • Acute Coronary Syndrome & Non ST elevation ACS:
    • 300 mg loading dose, followed by 75 mg once daily in combination with Aspirin.
    • STEMI:
    • 75 mg once daily in combination with Aspirin (with or without a loading dose, and with or without thrombolytics)
    • Recent MI, Stroke, or PAD:
    • 75 mg once daily.
