Hgb <5 TRANSFUSE
Hbg < 10, anemia w/u
Hct > 70% URGENT PHLEBOTOMY needed
Critical platelet parameters
Plts > 600k, further eval req.
Plts < 50k, increased risk of post-op bleeding
Plts > 2million RISK OF THROMBOSIS
