- Interactions: INCREASE INR with warfarin, hormone meds (b/c estrogen-like effects)

- Uses: Antioxidant, antiaging, heart health, cancer prophylaxis, fibrocystic breast syndrome
- concerns: Bleeding with high dose ( 800mg )
