  1. Dual Agency
    When one real estate company has two clients in the same transaction. Undisclosed Dual Agency is against the law.
  2. Undisclosed Dual Agency
    When an agent is not an advocate for his/her client, because they have entered into an implied agency with another client.
  3. Disclosed Dual Agency
    Company has both the seller/buyer in the same transaction, but discloses (in writing) and designates another agent to represent another interests.
  4. Designated Agency
    A BIC may designated individual associated licensees to act solely on behalf of each client.
