a = adducts, raises/rotates scapula, draws head backwards
  2. Rhomboideus major
o = spinous process of thoracic vertebra

i = vertebral border of scapula

a = adducts and rotates scapula
  3. Deltoideus
o = lateral third of clavicle, acromion process and spine of scapula

i = deltoid tuberosity of humerus

    abducts arm
  4. pectoralis major
o = medial half of clavicle, body of sternum, cartilages of ribs 2-6
