Evidence is relevant if (a) it has any tendency to make a fact more or less likely and (b) is material.

This evidence is admissible to prove ownership, control, or the feasibility of precautionary measures.
409. Offers to Pay Medical Expenses
Offers to pay medical, hospital, or similar expenses are not admissible to prove liability.
