    Must list an additional alternate if at the intended destination or first alternate the METAR, TAF/RAMTAF or any combination, by the use of words in remarks of METAR, or in one or more time increments TAF/RAMTAF indicate that at one time the WX will be below landing mins. HOWEVER the METAR or TAF/RAMTAF must indicate in another time increment the WX for the destiantion, 1st Alt. and 2nd Alt. are forecasted to be not less than the applicable WX mins in section 4.4.6 FOM

    • You must use the highest VIS and Ceiling of the 2 lowest approaches and add 200 - 1/2

    Below 10,000ft

    250 kts. below 10,000

  7. Derived Alternate Mins.
    400 - 1
    Add 400ft. and 1 mile Vis. to the lowest approach available (runway must be operable)

    It can be any type of approach (doesn't have to be straight in)
