Heterogeneous group of disorders manifested by significant difficulties in the acquisition and use of listening, speaking, writing, reasoning, or mathematical abilities.
What is the difference between a learning disorder and a learning disability?
Difference between learning disorder and learning disability. Disorder is a medical term, while disability is a legal term that identifies when a child can receive additional services in school.
What is a developmental disorder?
Developmental disorder - umbrella term for mental impairments, including language disorders, learning disorders, autism spectrum disorders

Pervasive developmental disorder - refers to several specific disorders characterized by delays in communication and socializing

ADHD predominantly inattentive - mostly poor concentration and easily distracted
