  9. Digitalis - Adult dosage:
    • Loading dose: 0.25-0.50mg
    • Maintenance: 0.125-0.25mg every 2-6 hours to total of 0.75-1.25mg in 24 hours

    IV

    Ampule: 0.5mg/2mL
  12. Digitalis - Pediatric dosage:
    15-30mcg/kg
