  1. Flexion
    Bending - decreases angle.
  2. Extension
    Straightening - increase angle.
  3. Abduction
    Pulls structure AWAY from midline.
  4. Adduction
    Pulls structure TOWARDS midline.
  5. Medial rotation
    Rotates toward midline.
  6. Lateral rotation
    Rotates away from midline.
  7. Elevation
    Moves superiorly
  8. Depression
    Moves inferiorly.
  9. Pronation
    Rotation of the forelimb, leaving palm facing DOWN. (towards the plants)
  10. Supination
    Rotation of the forelimb leaving palm facing UP. (towards the sun)
  11. Dorsiflexion
    Movement of the foot superiorly.
  12. Plantarflexion
    Extension of the foot inferiorly.
  13. Inversion
    Movement of the sole of the foot medially.
  14. Eversion
    Movement of the sole of the foot laterally.
