    • 300mg IV/IO
    • Rpt 150mg in 3-5 min (1x)

    • Tachydysrhythmias
    • 150mg IV/IO over 10 mins (15mg/min)
    • Rpt as needed to 450mg max

    • Cardiac Arrest
    • 5mg/kg rapid IV/IO bolus
    • Rpt 10mg/kg in 3-5 mins (1x)

    • Tachydysrhythmias
    • 5mg/kg IV/IO over 20-60 mins
    • Rpt to a max of 15mg/kg
