  2. Morphine Sulfate Class:
    opioid analgesic class II narcotic
  3. Morphine Sulfate Indications:
    severe CHF, pulmonary edema, chest pain of cardiac origin, analgesic for acute and chronic pain
  4. Morphine Sulfate Contra:
    head injury, exacerebated COPD, depressed rerspiratory drive, hypotension, abdominal pain, decreased LOC, hypovolemia, patients who have taken MAOIs within 14 days
  5. Morphine Sulfate Dose:
    2-4mg q5-30min, repeat 2-8mg 5-15min
