    I can appreciate that...And are you 100% sure that this time, they are going to get your home sold for You, or are you just getting frustrated with the process?

    Before you get yourself tied up in a multi-month contract for thousands of dollars...don't you think you owe it to your self to get just one more opinion?

    All I need is 15-20 minutes of your time to show you exactly what we do to get homes sold.

    I'm going to be in your neighborhood this afternoon...Would 4 work for you or would 5 be better?

    • OK let me write that down, that's exactly what we'll cover when we get together.  

    Which would be better for you...Today at 4 or tomorrow at 5?

    I can appreciate that you want to list with the same agent...Has there ever been a time when you tried to get something to work OVER and OVER again, but it still didn't work.  Has that ever happened to you before?

    Well this time is just like that time...Can I explain?

    You see...agents generally have one approach that they use to get homes sold... and it doesn't always work.  You know that now don't you?

    I mean, if your previous agent had more tricks in his bag...don't you think he would have clearly have used them WELL BEFORE the property expired...I mean SERIOUSLY...if he's claiming that THIS time he has some magic pill to get your home sold...Doesn't that feel like a Huge disservice to you that he didn't use that in the past 6 months??

    Now...if you were one of the ___clients that we've already helped move in the past 6 months you wouldn't have to be in this situation or even in this conversation...Doesn't it make sense to...MEET WITH ME...and find out why my listings...sell quickly...and for top dollar?  Let's set an appointment

    Which is better for you...Monday or Tuesday at 4?
